I have been training with Maria for almost 3 months now twice a week. I enjoy my classes tremendously and look forward to them each week. I have been doing cardio exercises and stretches with Maria every morning for the past two months. Thankfully because of Covid I am able to tune in every morning. These exercises are so energising. I feel ready to face the challenges of the day after the 40 mins with Maria. Her exercises cover everything. She rotates three different types of sessions and I feel that my whole body has a new energy and strength. The exercises are all doable and Maria offers alternatives to anything that may be too challenging for some. She explains the exercises so well, that I always feel very safe and confident in her hands. She is an amazing motivator and I have pushed myself at times when I know I wouldn’t have succeeded before. Her voice is so encouraging.
I particularly enjoy the end of the session with the deep stretches. The last ten minutes when Maria’s soothing voice combined with relaxing music can only be described as blissful heaven.
I am so thankful that I have the time to do Maria’s exercises every morning as I feel wonderful and so positive about myself as a result.

I really love doing these classes every morning with Maria. It’s a great start to my morning. It has been the best thing out of COVID-19. Maria is an excellent instructor. She is so motivating and she has a very gentle and encouraging approach. I think Maria is fantastic at explaining how to do poses and stretches and I feel confident executing them. I have stretched parts of my body that I didn’t know I had. One of the really great things about the class is it is live and I am not doing it alone. Maria is there to encourage and instruct you. Maria is very knowledgeable in how the body moves so she explains each exercise precisely
I feel I am fitter, more flexible. I have better posture and balance.

I first met Maria a couple of years ago in Phuket. Right from the start I was very impressed with her approach to fitness and wellness so was thrilled when I heard she was online. Maria gets straight into the workout with 40 mins of hard work and fantastic energy. She modifies for different fitness levels, encourages without the fake saccharine and is very clear in her instruction. The Strength and Tone, Deep Stretch and Meditations are excellent but I absolutely love Muaythai Cardio so am thrilled to get my fix in 3 times a week. Couldn't ask for a better fitness regime.

'I’ve always been a creature of habit when it comes to fitness - work and childcare restraints meant that I could usually only get to the gym twice a week (where I would do 20 mins on the running machine and a few weights). So when lockdown first happened – I thought that my fitness would just have to go on hold for a while. But then a friend introduced me to Maria’s virtual classes and they were brilliant! Not only did she provide a range of diverse classes (cardio/strength/stretching), but the timings were completely flexible with the recordings. She guides you through the exercises in an encouraging and professional way, and makes you feel like you’re on the journey together!'

I met Maria a couple of months ago, she was working on a retreat. Immediately I felt comfortable with her. She was kind, nonjudgemental and very encouraging. I am 55 years old and had some trauma 2 years ago and have done no exercise whatsoever in this time. I now feel stronger and healthier! I Have a long way to go but would like to stay with Maria’s exciting and varying classes. Every day is different and 40mins is just perfect. We can all find 40mins. Joining your daily classes is the v best thing I've done for myself this year !! I'm so much more flexible and cant believe I can do almost all of the yoga stretching exercises and not feel sore or achy afterwards

How did I do?
I met Maria in July 2020 in Killarney where i did a class with her.I knew i would struggle but i was hooked straight away.When Maria tells you yes you can do it you will.It took me months to touch my toes and she got as much a kick out of it as i did.I live with an autoimmune disease which used to control me but now i have the upper hand.I have lost 14kg in weight and have a spring in my step.The zoom classes are great for both the mind and body just sign up you won't regret it.
